★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma carta de crédito, e o vendedor foi muito atencioso até eu adquirir a carta, infelizmente falei com ele que eu iria fazer essa aquisição da carta mas precisava da certeza de que o veículo iria sair, e ele me afirmou com certeza que iria dar certo, porém não deu certo e estou precisando muito do dinheiro POR QUESTÃO DE SAÚDE agora, mando mensagem para ele e ele só me fala que tem que esperar alguém me substituir no consórcio sendo que todos os dias posta fotos de pessoas que estão adquirindo o consórcio....preciso do meu dinheiro.... obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor usou de técnicas de venda para me persuadir e fechar um consórcio no qual não me serve e escondeu de mim informações cruciais, ao tentar pedir ajuda, o mesmo me negou, pois sempre que mando mensagem, me enrola e não responde, e quando responde, fala coisa que num tem nada haver, só me respondia quando tinha interesse de vender, depois da venda, me abandonou, dependia dele para dar o lance pois o mesmo me passou informações que no site me impediam de fazer e ele falou que ele faria pelo sistema, a assembleia passou e pelo visto não foi ofertado nenhum lance, sendo que passei com antecedência os valores que gostaria de ofertar, já que eu não conseguia o valor que havia dito a ele, o mesmo havia, me confirmado que ele faria, já é a segunda vez que ele mentiu a respeito disso.

Como não tem forma de responder ao proprietário por aqui, informo que consegui resolver através do site reclame aqui, no qual me devolveram o dinheiro e cancelaram o consórcio, agora cada um segue a vida com caminhos distantes um do outro por favor.
The seller used sales techniques to persuade me and close a consortium in which he doesn't serve me and hid crucial information from me, when trying to ask for help, he denied me, because whenever I send a message, he wraps me up and doesn't respond, and when answers, says something that has nothing to do with it, he only answered me when he was interested in selling, after the sale, he abandoned me, it was up to him to bid because he gave me information that on the site prevented me from doing and he said that he would do through the system, the meeting passed and apparently no bid was offered, and I passed the values that I would like to offer in advance, since I could not get the value that I had told him, the same had been confirmed to me that he would , this is the second time he has lied about it.

As there is no way to respond to the owner here, I inform you that I managed to solve it through the complain here website, in which they returned the money to me and canceled the consortium, now each one goes on with life with distant paths from each other please.
