Sua resposta só reforça a falta de responsabilidade com os clientes, pois para a chuva ser justificativa aos atrasos somente se vocês derem a preferência ao atendimento de clientes que não chegam em seus horários ao invés dos pontuais... e também se justificar com o processo de higienização também não convém, se para atender aos protocolos sanitários vocês devem realizar a higienização entre clientes o período do procedimento tem que estar contabilizado entre um agendamento e outro.
Aprendam a trabalhar com horários agendados!!!
