★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não espere ser atendido logo e caso reclame será tratado com grosseria pelo próprio dono. Nunca vi isso! Poucos funcionários e o dono anda por todo lado suado e é extremamente grosseiro. Só pode ter algum problema. Um dono maltratar um cliente. Lamentável!
 Terrible attendance! Don't expect to be answered soon and if you complain you will be treated with rudeness by the owner himself. I've never seen it! Few employees and the owner walks around sweaty and is extremely rude. There might just be a problem. An owner mistreating a customer. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é sem mais comentários: basta dizer que é gostosa, farta, bem apresentada, sem nada a reclamar. Não liguem para as reclamações contra o dono: não tem sujeito mais gente boa que ele no centro do Rio!
The food is without further comment: suffice it to say that it is delicious, plentiful, well presented, with nothing to complain about. Don't mind the complaints against the owner: there's no better guy than him in downtown Rio!

O restaurante, ao entrar, oferece duas opções de salada e uma opção para beliscar (batata ou aipim). Diversas opções de carnes, frango e porco, sempre acompanhadas de arroz branco ou de brócolis, farofa, fritas ou aipim.
Excelente pedida.
Preços variando entre 50-60 reais.

No almoço, você escolhe sua proteína e a salada e os acompanhamentos você consome o quanto quiser (arroz, feijão, batata frita, mandioca, molho à vinagrete/campana e farofa)!
E depois disso tudo, tem sobremesas especiais feito pela Denise! Recomendo a mousse com calda de morango!
Diversas cervejas e refrigerante KS (garrafa de vidro).
Ambiente climatizado e limpo! Com diversas opções de bebidas!!

At lunch, you choose your protein and salad and side dishes you consume as much as you want (rice, beans, fries, cassava, vinaigrette/campana sauce and farofa)!
And after all that, there are special desserts made by Denise! I recommend the mousse with strawberry syrup!
Various beers and KS soda (glass bottle).
Air conditioned and clean! With several drink options!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que DELÍCIA de almoço. O ancho(R$69) é divino e bem servido, estava no ponto perfeito e extremamente macio!
Os pratos acompanham salada de entrada (duas opções eu acho, a que mais gostei foi com feijão de corda), batatinha, polenta e mandioquinha fritas e sequinhas, deliciosas.
O local é lindo, pequeno mas cheio de chame e história, com muitos objetos antigos, o banheiro é limpo e vintage, amei.
Recomendo demais esse restaurante, só esteja atento e um pouco paciente com o atendimento, mas atendem bem e rápido.
DICAS AOS NAVEGANTES:
1. Eles NÃO trabalham com cardápio físico ou virtual (Os pratos postados pelos contribuintes do Google maps já ajuda), então olha o quadro negro antes de entrar.
Só há uma garçonete e o dono (imagino eu), e é bem corrido, e ela fala rápido o que tem e já sai atendendo o restante do salão;
2. Diferenciado também é a forma de pagar: você mesmo paga, na confiança pura do restaurante, e eles não cobram taxa de serviço, mas pode incluir se quiser;
3. Fotografei o 'cardápio' que eles entregam no final para vc mesmo pagar, pode ajudar os turistas, como nós, a visualizar as opções, já que são só faladas pela atendente;
4. Apesar de postar aqui o cardápio, fique atento aos pratos do dia, pois às vezes o que está na foto do cardápio que estou postando, eles podem não fazer no dia ou já ter acabado.
5. Vá preparado para sair com a barriga cheinha e coração feliz!
What a delicious lunch. The ancho (R$69) is divine and well served, it was at the perfect point and extremely soft!
The dishes come with a starter salad (two options I think, the one I liked the most was with string beans), potato chips, polenta and dried manioc, delicious.
The place is beautiful, small but full of charm and history, with many old objects, the bathroom is clean and vintage, I loved it.
I highly recommend this restaurant, just be attentive and a little patient with the service, but they serve well and fast.
TIPS FOR NAVIGATORS:
1. They DO NOT work with physical or virtual menu (Dishes posted by Google maps contributors already helps), so check the blackboard before entering.
There's only one waitress and the owner (I imagine), and it's very busy, and she says quickly what she has and goes out to serve the rest of the room;
2. Differentiating is also the way of paying: you pay yourself, in the pure trust of the restaurant, and they don't charge a service fee, but you can include it if you want;
3. I photographed the 'menu' that they deliver at the end for you to pay yourself, it can help tourists, like us, to visualize the options, since they are only spoken by the attendant;
4. Despite posting the menu here, pay attention to the dishes of the day, because sometimes what is in the photo of the menu I'm posting, they may not do it on the day or have already finished.
5. Go prepared to go out with a full belly and a happy heart!
