★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único motivo que me faz voltar nessa loja é o preço baixo, porque o atendimento é péssimo. Tive a sorte de ser atendida duas vezes pela mesma vendedora antipática e sem um pingo de paciência. Quando um cliente é bem atendido ele indica e volta, quando é mal atendido ele vai para a concorrência. Cabe aos donos da loja dizer ao funcionário como deve tratar o cliente.
 The only reason that makes me come back to this store is the low price, because the service is terrible. I was lucky to be served twice by the same unsympathetic salesperson and without an ounce of patience. When a customer is well served he indicates and comes back, when he is poorly served he goes to the competition. It is up to the store owners to tell the employee how to treat the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter preços maravilhosos, o atendimento é péssimo! Vendedoras sempre com má vontade, e isso não é apenas UMA vendedora é a maioria, e como não é possível escolher quem vai te atender, ou vc aceita ser maltratada ou não compra.
Já pessoa que parece ser um dos donos, na hora que vc vai efetuar o pagamento te atende muito bem, já quando vc tem itens pra trocar, ou peças que deram defeitos, a simpatia passa longe, em fim, a única coisa que me mantém comprando nesse lugar são os preços. O dia que abrir outro lugar com preços competitivos, não vou pensar nem 2x em mudar.

As a person who seems to be one of the owners, when you are going to make the payment you are very well served, when you have items to exchange, or parts that have defects, the friendliness goes away, in short, the only thing that keeps me buying in that place are the prices. The day I open another place with competitive prices, I won't even think twice about changing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem preços maravilhosos, mas já deve ter mais de 1 ano que não compro ... Nao moro mais no RJ, mas sempre que vou a fila desanima mto !!! Prepare-se para esperar pelo menos 1h ... o atendimento não é muito receptivo... Quando precisei consertar uma peça que deu defeito, o tratamento é meio sem paciência....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei várias vezes, o preço é ótimo mas as vendedoras atendem com uma má vontade que dá vontade de desistir. Já de recebem de cara feia, ficam bufando quando você pede pra pegar algo pra ver, é tão constrangedor que nas últimas vezes desisti de comprar e elas ficaram me olhando com cara de ódio. Achei que fosse só eu mas li nos comentários que várias pessoas se sentem assim. Eu não volto. Prefiro ir em outras lojas lá no Saara onde sou bem atendida
I've already bought it several times, the price is great but the sellers answer with a bad will that makes you want to give up. They already receive them with an ugly face, they huff when you ask to get something to see, it's so embarrassing that the last few times I gave up buying and they kept looking at me with a hateful face. I thought it was just me but I read in the comments that a lot of people feel that way. I don't come back. I prefer to go to other stores in the Sahara where I am well attended
