Fui na loja reclamar, já que claramente era problema com a confecção, e a dona disse que não poderia fazer nada. Não acredito que todas sejam assim, mas essa em particular teve um problema na confecção. Fiquei abismada com a maneira como procederam, dizendo que eu fui a culpada pela maneira como lavei. Só lavei com roupas delicadas e tecidos leves e não misturo toalhas nem lençóis com essas roupas. Ainda assim não existe na roupa nenhuma orientação sobre como lavar seus produtos. Uma incrível falta de preparo por parte da administração para lidar com o cliente. Fiquei muito triste.
Depois que resolvemos o mal entendido a loja se predispôs a conversar e trocaram a peça com defeito. Recomendo.

I only washed with delicate clothes and light fabrics and I don't mix towels or sheets with these clothes. Even so, there is no guidance on how to wash your products on the clothes. An incredible lack of preparation on the part of the administration to deal with the customer. I was very sad.
After we resolved the misunderstanding, the store was willing to talk and they exchanged the defective part. I recommend.
