Atendentes arrogantes.
Efetuei a compra de um tênis para presentear, acabei pegando a numeração errada e quando o meu amigo foi trocar, não tinha a numeração e a obrigação do cliente é ir atrás em outra loja.
É sério que em pleno 2021, o cliente tem que ir atrás? O mínimo era transportar de uma loja para a mais próxima e o cliente ir retirar.
Fico triste em ver o descaso e cuidado com o cliente.
Perderam uma cliente e um possível novo cliente.

I bought a pair of sneakers as a gift, I ended up getting the wrong number and when my friend went to change it, it didn't have the number and the client's obligation is to go after it to another store.
