O gerente me deu a esdrúxula explicação que a cola do solado ,independentemente do uso do calçado , tem prazo de validade. Pode? Por que isso não acontece com um tênis da Asics ou um sapatenis da Richards? Essa marca ( Osklen) é barbante.
Avoid this store and this brand, it's no good. The sole takes off from the shoe with almost no use. They do not guarantee the product. The manager gave me the bizarre explanation that the sole glue, regardless of the use of the shoes, has an expiration date. He can? Why doesn't that happen with Asics shoes or Richards shoes? This brand ( Osklen) is string.

Amo a marca mas desisto dessa loja do Higienópolis.... Mudou muito a qualidade de atendimento e respeito com cliente, melhor comprar pelo site!
Run away from this Higienópolis unit, salespeople serve you with unwillingness, a super messy store, employees discussing service times and ironing clothes in the middle of a store full of customers without any control of agglomeration during the pandemic ... I love the brand but I give up this Higienópolis store .... The quality of service and respect with the customer has changed a lot, better to buy on the site!
