Subi no telhado para verificar e para minha surpresa, não colocaram contra rufo. Nas imagens é nitido a luz passando por debaixo da calha. Entrei em contato informando o problema e estão me enrolando dizendo que não está no orçamento, sério, olhem as imagens. Será mesmo que não precisa de contra rufo?? O próprio técnico falou que ia colocar e foi colocado só na frente, fora a sujeira. Estou com um estabelecimento para inaugurar e esse problema de calha é o motivo do atraso.

I got in touch with the problem and they're stalling me saying it's not in the budget, seriously, look at the pictures. Is it really that you don't need a ruff? The technician himself said he was going to put it on and it was placed just in front, excluding the dirt. I have an establishment to open and this gutter problem is the reason for the delay.
