Mas os produtos são bons, bonitos e tem um bom custo.
O ruim é que não tem frete.
Telephone service was not good and in person no sympathy from the girl who answered.
But the products are good, beautiful and have a good price.
The bad thing is that there is no shipping.

No entanto, fui muito mal atendido pelas colaboradoras, desde o telefone (falta de informação e muita má vontade), até no tocar do interfone (o tom de voz é como se vc fosse pedir alimento ou algo assim) e principalmente pela vendedora que me atendeu no orçamento. Poderiam deixar claro que o foco de vocês não é atender consumidor final, e sim lojistas. A recepção de vocês é péssima, com várias pessoas em um espaço tão pequeno com todo mundo ouvindo os dados uns dos outros. E notei que não foi só comigo, e sim com os caras que também estavam aguardando atendimento. Achei o atendimento debochado e soberbo, inclusive, um lojista/revendedor me alertou sobre o mal atendimento das "meninas". Mas o que mais me incomodou foi o atendimento da pessoa que falei diretamente... Horroroso!!! Parecia que fui lá mendigar e q ela estava me fazendo um favorzão, desde o semblante à completa falta de vontade. Como podem perceber, tem vários comentários (anteriores a este) na mesma linha em relação ao atendimento. Lamentável a falta de profissionalismo!
The product is great! However, I was treated very poorly by the collaborators, from the telephone (lack of information and a lot of ill will), to the ringing of the intercom (the tone of voice is as if you were going to ask for food or something) and especially by the saleswoman who met the budget. Could you make it clear that your focus is not to serve final consumers, but shopkeepers. Your reception is terrible, with so many people in such a small space with everyone listening to each other's data. And I noticed that it wasn't just me, but the guys who were also waiting for service. I found the service debauched and superb, even a shopkeeper/dealer warned me about the poor service of the "girls". But what bothered me the most was the service from the person I spoke directly to... Horrorous!!! It looked like I went there to beg and that she was doing me a big favor, from the look on her face to the complete lack of will. As you can see, there are several comments (previous to this one) on the same line regarding the service. Sorry for the lack of professionalism!
