Infelizmente estou com um material na transportadora, desde o dia 04/11, na qual o prazo de entrega era de 6/9 dias, me cobraram uma reentrega alegando que o cliente não quis receber o material, paguei a reentrega e até agora nada de entregar e após essa suposta reentrega me informaram que o cliente não quis receber a entrega novamente, sendo que o mesmo disse não ter se recusado nada.
TOTAL DESCASO COM O CLIENTE.
PÓS VENDAS HORRIVEL SEM NENHUM RETORNO. " Alessandra sempre Online e nunca responde "

Unfortunately I have a material in the carrier, since 11/04, in which the delivery period was 6/9 days, they charged me for a re-delivery alleging that the customer did not want to receive the material, I paid the re-delivery and so far nothing deliver and after this supposed re-delivery I was informed that the customer did not want to receive the delivery again, and he said he had not refused anything.
TOTAL NON-CREATIVE CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom a Galera da uma atenção na hora dos fechamentos dos fretes, valor até que ok , dentro do normal e um prazo de até 8 dias uteis, coleta foi feita dia 14/04 e bom hoje 10/05 e ainda não entregou, prejudicando a empresa e o meu cliente por perder uma data comemorativa importante , alguns tentam realmente ajudar , porem a logística da empresa está perdida , 15 dias e a mercadoria não havia saído de SP com destino ao ES e quando questionei informaram que foi o feriado, bom acredito que tenha tido uma falta de comprometimento, o que torna inviável o fechamento de futuras cotações, tudo bem atrasar um dois dias , mais não foi respeitado nenhum prazo de entrega até o momento, e rezo para que a minha mercadoria chegue inteira , se o cliente aceitar é claro ou retorno com segurança, obrigado Jussara e Pamela pela atenção e atendimento, mais como eu disse fica inviável uma parceria desta forma, tenho ctz que a galera que está comentando aqui, pagaria até o dobro com outra empresa se a mesma respeitasse o prazo estipulado, espero que melhore.. bom trabalho a vocês e Deus abençõe .

Venho deixar aqui uma reclamação da falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade da transportadora Ostel. Fiz uma cotação para envio de uma mercadoria e me deram 10 dias de entrega. Hoje quase dois meses a mercadoria foi deixado no cliente na semana passada (nota 98) a mesma quando embarcamos foi um único volume bem grande, a Ostel nao sei por qual motivo violou a embalagem e abriu e colocou somente um pouco da mercadoria em uma embalagem pequena onde ficou somente 5% dos produtos. Entramos em contato e disseram sim ter aberto a embalagem e que estavam em busca da mercadoria perdida, sem retorno após alguns dias eu mesma entrei em contato e disseram ter localizado a mercadoria em São Paulo, porem nao deram previsão de entrega. Tentei contato com um gerente ou algo assim , foi me passado um contato de uma tal de
Rita , porém como era de se esperar nem respondeu o whatsapp . Hoje meu problema se tornou gigante pois o meu cliente nao quer mais a mercadoria e ira adquirir na cidade por um valor mais caro e nos teremos que pagar. Já adianto que todas as custas assim como fretes de ida e volta a ostel terá de arcar. Tenho tudo documentado; A ostel informando vários prazos nao comprido , a ostel informando a violação da nossa caixa e etc....
