★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei não acreditar, mas parece ser mesmo orientação da empresa aos funcionários serem GROSSEIROS e DESTRATAREM os clientes. Os funcionários que prestam serviço na Caixa Econômica são extremamente grosseiros com os clientes. Na agência da UFMA e na agência da Caixa do turu tem funcionários muito ignorantes. Tentei fazer contato o dia inteiro com a empresa para reclamar e percebi que é a orientação mesmo. Não atendem o telefone e ainda deixam ocupado. Ridículo. Não recomendo!
I tried not to believe it, but it seems to be the company's guidance for employees to be GREAT and to DESTRACT customers. The employees who provide services at Caixa Econômica are extremely rude to customers. At the UFMA branch and at Caixa do turu branch there are very ignorant employees. I tried to make contact all day with the company to complain and I realized that it is really the orientation. They don't answer the phone and still keep it busy. Ridiculous. I do not recommend!
