★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, desejei visitar um imóvel no Centro da cidade de João Pessoa/Paraíba para alugar. Desde o dia 26/11/21 que entro em contato, marcamos hora no domingo (28/11/21), depois o corretor cancelou. Ontem 29/11/21 marcamos o horário da visita na casa para 10.30, desde então, o corretor sumiu, dando desculpas que estava finalizando e nunca chegava no local que marcamos. Meu horário de visita era de 10.30, sentada na calçada eu fiquei, no sol quente, esperando o abençoado do corretor vir, fui almoçar, voltei.. .e ele dizendo Jaja chego...resumo....nao veio. Sabe qnts horas fiquei na frente na casa esperando por ele? Cheguei antes das 10.30...e fiquei ate 14.30! Um absurdo! Mais respeito, mais humanidade, mais compromisso com os clientes! E pasme, hj são 30/11/21 e até agora o corretor nem deu sinal de vida, imagina se eu tivesse ficado lá esperando mais tempo por ele! Empresa sem credibilidade nenhuma! Pensem bem antes de contratar empresas para alugar ou vender o imóvel de vocês. Esta aí está reprovada em compromisso com os clientes!
Well, I wanted to visit a property in downtown João Pessoa/Paraíba for rent. Since 11/26/21 that I get in touch, we made an appointment on Sunday (11/28/21), then the broker canceled. Yesterday, 11/29/21, we scheduled the visit to the house for 10.30, since then, the broker disappeared, making excuses that he was finishing up and never arrived at the place we scheduled. My visiting hours were 10.30, sitting on the sidewalk I stayed, in the hot sun, waiting for the blessed broker to come, I went to lunch, I came back... and he said Jaja I'm home...summary....he didn't come. Do you know how many hours I was at the front of the house waiting for him? I arrived before 10.30...and stayed until 2.30pm! Nonsense! More respect, more humanity, more commitment to customers! And amazingly, today it's 11/30/21 and so far the broker hasn't even given any sign of life, imagine if I had stayed there waiting longer for him! Company without any credibility! Think carefully before hiring companies to rent or sell your property. This one is disapproved in commitment to customers!
