★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem óculos na ótica arnaldo gonçalves, eles vendem gato por lebre, me venderam um óculos com lente anti reflexo mas que reflete MUITO, não quiseram trocar nem me reembolsar. E ainda por cima a lente de péssima qualidade veio com eixo errado, ocasionando enjoos e dores de cabeça! A gerente ainda foi grosseira e não quis solucionar o problema.
Do not buy glasses at the optics arnaldo gonçalves, they sell cat in a poke, they sold me glasses with anti reflective lens but that reflects MUCH, they did not want to exchange or refund me. On top of that, the poor quality lens came with the wrong axis, causing nausea and headaches! The manager was still rude and didn't want to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu óculos veio com uma das lentes com o eixo errado, retornei a ótica e a mesma falou que iria mandar para o laboratório para consertar, após 1 semana me ligaram para ir buscar que estava pronto, fui buscar e observei que ele ainda tinha na lente as mesmas marcações que haviam sido feitas na ótica para realizar o conserto, ou seja, me devolveram o óculos da mesma forma que deixei. Uma pena!!!!!! Vou mandar fazer em outra ótica!!!!!! Perdem um cliente e não índico a ninguém procurar o serviço deles.
