★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que levou eu escolher essa loja foi o atendimento nota 10 de todos! Segunda visita minha depois de 2 anos, no entanto a atenção, dedicação dos funcionários é sensacional! Até café na bandeja vc ganha. 2 óculos de grau e um solar. Estou satisfeito e com esse atendimento e qualidade, fica difícil pensar em ir para concorrência. Alem dos funcionários um abraço especial para a Oftalmologista que me atendeu dia 18/12/2021. Ela também foi nota 10!
What made me choose this store was the 10 out of all customer service! My second visit after 2 years, however the attention and dedication of the staff is sensational! Even coffee on the tray you win. 2 prescription glasses and a solar. I am satisfied and with this service and quality, it is difficult to think about going to competition. In addition to the employees, a special hug for the Ophthalmologist who saw me on 12/18/2021. She was also a 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por onde começo ? O atendimento é impecável, a preocupação que eles tem com os clientes é genuína além de eles fazerem o possível e quase que o impossível para você sair de lá feliz, sempre te atendendo com um sorriso no rosto e da melhor forma!
Os óculos são simplesmente maravilhosos, além de sempre darem um ótimo desconto para seus clientes,sempre que precisar de manutenção basta levá-los lá que eles arrumam! O meu quebrou depois de 1 ano,levei ele lá e em 1 dia e meio eles me ligaram para eu buscar, e voltou praticamente um novo óculos, eu AMEI ???
Pode até parecer que eu estou fazendo propaganda, mas é pq eu não sei como explicar de uma forma simples para vcs que irão ler isso, o QUANTO É VERDADEIRAMENTE PERFEITO e IMPECÁVEL o atendimento e os produtos que eles vendem.... Só indo lá mesmo conferir... E podem botar fé que não irão se arrepender!.
Where do I start? The service is impeccable, the concern they have with the customers is genuine and they do everything possible and almost impossible for you to leave there happy, always serving you with a smile on their face and in the best way!
The glasses are simply wonderful, in addition to always giving their customers a great discount, whenever they need maintenance, just take them there and they fix it! Mine broke after 1 year, I took it there and in 1 and a half day they called me to pick it up, and practically a new glasses came back, I LOVED it ???
It may even seem like I'm advertising, but it's because I don't know how to explain in a simple way to you who will read this, HOW REALLY PERFECT and IMPECCABLE the service and products they sell.... Just going there even check it out... And you can have faith that you won't regret it!.
