★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei super insatisfeito com o serviço deles. Comprei um óculos em fevereiro deste ano no valor de R$450,00 e em menos de 7 meses a armação simplesmente se partiu no meu rosto. Procurei a ótica para questionar a qualidade do produto vendido por eles e me falaram que não poderiam fazer nada. Na verdade, tentaram me vender uma outra armação "com desconto". Quando compramos um óculos não esperamos que o mesmo quebre tão rápido assim e muito menos dessa forma tão aleatória.
 I was super dissatisfied with their service. I bought a pair of glasses in February this year for R$450.00 and in less than 7 months the frame simply broke in my face. I went to the optician to question the quality of the product sold by them and they told me they couldn't do anything. In fact, they tried to sell me another frame "at a discount". When we buy an eyeglass, we don't expect it to break that fast, let alone that randomly.
