★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida no dia da venda, mas estava esperando a armação que comprei fora da loja chegar enquanto me prometeram avisar quando poderia levar ao laboratório que fica na minha cidade. Não me ligaram, tentei entrar em contato com esse numero que tem aqui mas consta como desligado ou fora de área sempre, tive que ir até lá levar a armação por causa disso e nem sou de Araçatuba. Aí então finalmente fiquei sabendo onde era o laboratório pra não ter que ficar viajando de cidade em cidade. Assim que as lentes ficaram prontas, não eram as lentes que foram prometidas e vendidas no dia do orçamento.. me garantiram que seriam blue digital com lentes AZUIS e infelizmente quando vi, eram lentes esverdeadas (muito boas tbm, mas não foi o que me venderam no dia da venda), só sei que nunca mais faço minhas lentes com vcs! Vendem uma coisa e entregam outra. Fora que enrolou um tempo pra mandarem o óculos pro laboratório, perdi umas 2 viagens, mas pelo menos lá eles atendiam o telefone que tem no Google
I was well attended on the day of the sale, but I was waiting for the frame I bought outside the store to arrive while they promised to let me know when I could take it to the laboratory in my city. They didn't call me, I tried to get in touch with this number that you have here but it's listed as disconnected or out of area always, I had to go there to take the frame because of that and I'm not even from Araçatuba. Then I finally found out where the laboratory was so I wouldn't have to travel from city to city. Once the lenses were ready, they weren't the lenses that were promised and sold on budget day... I was assured they would be digital blue with BLUE lenses and unfortunately when I saw them, they were greenish lenses (very good too, but that's not what sold on sale day), I just know that I'll never make my lenses with you guys again! They sell one thing and deliver another. Besides that it took some time to send the glasses to the laboratory, I lost 2 trips, but at least there they answered the phone they have on Google
