Esperem preços um pouco mais caros que grandes redes, mas uma qualidade de produto sem comparação.

Expect prices a little more expensive than the big chains, but an unparalleled product quality.

Apresentava um alto grau de astigmatismo e após consulta médica fui orientada a fazer óculos, contudo, devido aos diferentes graus entre as duas vistas, o óculos não deu certo. A Otica Delivery foi super atenciosa com o meu problema, e após nova consulta médica e uma cirurgia de correção do astigmatismo, se propuseram a troca das lentes sem custo algum.
Só tenho a agradecer. Super indico!!!

I had a high degree of astigmatism and after medical consultation I was advised to make glasses, however, due to the different degrees between the two views, the glasses did not work. Otica Delivery was super attentive to my problem, and after a new medical consultation and an astigmatism correction surgery, they proposed to change the lenses at no cost.
I just have to say thank you. I highly recommend!!!

Preocupados com o atendimento ao cliente desde o exímio contato presencial no local, até o rastreamento após a entrega, pra confirmar se os óculos estão servindo bem e se precisam de algum ajuste. Recomendo demais pra todos que procuram óculos, especialmente se tiverem deficiência visual / baixa visão!
Excellent optics specialized in low vision, which is very rare to find. Concerned with customer service, from the excellent on-site contact, to tracking after delivery, to confirm that the glasses are working well and if they need any adjustment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for glasses, especially if they are visually impaired / low vision!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor ótica que já fui. Muito atenciosos e pacientes, explicaram os tipos de lentes existentes, sem pressa. Loja muito bem arrumada e ainda oferecem um cafezinho :) Demorei bastante na escolha dos óculos mas me atenderam com muita paciência e boa vontade. Recomendadíssimo!
Best optics I've ever been to. Very attentive and patient, they explained the types of existing lenses, taking their time. Very tidy store and they even offer a cup of coffee :) It took me a long time to choose the glasses but they attended me with a lot of patience and good will. Highly recommended!

É tudo bem explicado e caprichado, com exemplos práticos no local mesmo, e cumpriram o prazo (na verdade até ficou pronto um dia antes). Ah, e provamos o café que falaram que era bom, e é bom mesmo! ?
Great discovery by Google, lives up to so many positive reviews...! We were very well assisted both to test eyeglasses frames and close the purchase, as well as to remove the glasses. Everything is well explained and neat, with practical examples on the spot, and they met the deadline (in fact, it was even ready a day before). Oh, and we tasted the coffee they said was good, and it is really good! ?
