★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de parabenizar o atendimento de Linalva e a prestação de serviço da ótica que superou minhas expectativas. A oftal receitou meu óculos em set/ 21 e eu não conseguia usar por que me dava dores de cabeça e tontura, após ir pra outros 2 oftal foi verificado que houve erro no grau e no ângulo e a ótica prontamente em nov /21 trocou as lentes sem custo nenhum mesmo o erro não tendo sido deles.
I would like to congratulate Linalva's service and the service provided by the optician that exceeded my expectations. The ophthalmologist prescribed my glasses in Sep/21 and I couldn't use it because it gave me headaches and dizziness, after going to another 2 ophthalmic glasses it was verified that there was an error in the degree and angle and the optics promptly changed the lenses at no cost even though the error was not theirs.
