★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer uma lente de grau e por incrível que parava já vai para dois meses a solicitação e cada hora é uma nova conversa até acusar a hoya de fazer errada a lente eles já acusaram e o atendimento é péssimo trata mal as pessoas digo os clientes. Já estou arrependido de ter mandado fazer as lentes dos meus óculos. Não deveria ter saído das óticas Diniz.
I had a prescription lens made and, amazingly enough, the request has been stopped for two months and every hour is a new conversation until I accuse the hoya of making the lens wrong, they have already accused and the service is terrible. I'm already regretting having had the lenses in my glasses made. It shouldn't have left the Diniz optics.
