★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local. Comprei um óculos faz menos de 6 meses e eles não deram nenhuma garantia, o oculos quebrou de forma muito inesperada sendo que foi uma armação cara. A funcionaria que me atendeu tem um pessimo atendimento e tratou com deboche o tempo todo. Nesta última sexta feira orçaram o valor de 60 reais para arrumar a minha armação e disseram que ficaria por 50, ja que eu havia comprado la. Já hoje (segunda) minha mãe foi ao local e orçaram o valor de 80 reais para ela, sendo que era a mesma armação e o mesmo problema que havia na sexta, isto deu a impressão de ser uma empresa extremamente desonesta.
Compramos la faz anos, e o atendimento só vem decaindo, espero que mudem logo essa postura, mas minha familia e meus amigos não compraremos mais la.
Bad location. I bought an eyeglasses less than 6 months ago and they gave no guarantee, the glasses broke very unexpectedly and it was an expensive frame. The employee who attended me has a very bad service and treated with debauchery all the time. This last Friday they budgeted 60 reais to fix my frame and said it would stay for 50, since I had bought it. Already today (Monday) my mother went to the place and budgeted the amount of 80 reais for her, being that it was the same setup and the same problem that there was on Friday, this gave the impression of being an extremely dishonest company.
We bought it for years, and the service has only been declining, I hope that this posture will change soon, but my family and friends will not buy it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nessa loja foi pessima!!! Mandei fazer um óculos ano passado, em menos de três meses o óculos quebrou na armação,armação que não me custou nada barato. Valor total do óculos foi R$ 800 reais. E quando voltei pra arrumar o óculos me foi cobrado, alegando que não tinha garantia. Em menos de 12 meses esse mesmo óculos já quebrou três vezes nos mesmo lugares.... Confiança só o nome da loja né? Me disseram que é mal uso... Annhhhh???? E os óculos das outras lojas que usei? Não quebraram, só não estou sabendo usar o da loja confiança???? Fala sério né???
My experience at this store was terrible !!! I had glasses made last year, in less than three months the glasses broke in the frame, a frame that didn't cost me anything cheap. Total value of the glasses was R $ 800 reais. And when I came back to fix the glasses I was charged, claiming that I had no guarantee. In less than 12 months, the same glasses have already broken three times in the same places .... Trust only the name of the store, right? I was told that it is misuse ... Annhhhh ???? And the glasses from the other stores I used? They didn't break, I just don't know how to use the trust store ???? Speak seriously???

O japonês filho do dono falou que eu tinha que pagar mais 35,00.
Não compra mais uma agulha nessa loja.
