★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um óculos lentes varilux e armação lacoste por R$2.700 com 8 meses de uso deixei cair e a armação quebrou, levei na extremo sul e informei isso ao vendedor , perguntei se poderia colar ou se tinha garantia por estar dentro dos 12 meses , pouco fez , ou me informou alguma solução, estava limpando um óculos e assim continuou, estamos passando por um momento de crise econômica e o óculos é essencial p meu problema, fui em outra ótica e a moça me passou o contato da autorizada lacoste enviei minha nota fiscal e conseguir resolver meu problema. Ou seja a ótica extremo sul na hora de vender lhe oferece o mundo , mas não tem profissionais p resolver a situação problema.
