Além dos preços serem muito melhores do que os da concorrência, que não é pouca ali (coisa que posso atestar pois bati perna naquele centro aquele dia), o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, todos muito cordiais, educados, simpáticos e competentes, desde a abordagem fora da loja feita pelos meninos da panfletagem, até a oftalmo, Beatriz, da Lotus ( clínica parceira da Golden mix) que fez meu exame. Toda minha consulta com ela foi impecável, e não tenho oq que reclamar. Aliás, acertaram muito bem nesta parceria.
E no atendimento na loja, tenho que destacar a Grazi e a Janaína, que me atenderam super bem, muito simpáticas e solícitas, e completaram minha experiência totalmente satisfatória com a empresa.
Portanto, só tenho elogios, e gostaria de parabenizar a empresa, por ser tão acertiva, e saber compor sua equipe com profissionais tão competentes e educados, que nos prestam uma atendimento tão qualificado e nos proporcionam tanta satisfação.
I went to the Hortolândia store, in the center, and I can't help sharing my satisfaction with it.
In addition to the prices being much better than those of the competition, which is not small there (which I can attest to because I hit that center that day), the service from the staff is excellent, all very cordial, polite, friendly and competent, since the the out-of-store approach taken by the pamphlet boys, even the ophthalmologist, Beatriz, from Lotus (partner clinic of the Golden mix) who took my exam. All my consultation with her was impeccable, and I have nothing to complain about. In fact, they got it right very well in this partnership.
And in the service at the store, I have to highlight Grazi and Janaína, who served me very well, very friendly and helpful, and completed my totally satisfactory experience with the company.

Fiz exame médico na clínica ao lado onde Tb fui muito bem atendida e meu óculos ainda ficou pronto no mesmo dia. Facilitando muito pra quem assim como eu, não tem tempo em horário adm.

Excelent reception!!! And the best price I found. In addition to the friendliness and dedication of the salesperson Priscila and the others who welcomed me very well. I had a medical exam at the clinic next door where Tb was very well attended and my glasses were still ready the same day. Making it much easier for those like me, who don't have time in adm hours.
