★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efeituei a compra de um óculos nessa loja, o vendedor Demesson me tratou bem até a compra ser realizada, logo após o pagamento à vista e em espécie, os problemas começaram e as lentes do óculos vieram cortadas erradas e com falhas, esperei cerca de 1 semana para resolverem.
Logo apos a troca das lentes ( correção ), em menos de 1 ano o óculos de material Acetato se partiu na parte inferior por conta da pressão que a lente mal corta estava infringindo na armação.
Ao entrar em contato com o vendedor Demesson fui muito mal atendido, o mesmo foi ríspido, arrogante e até balista.
Muito cuidado ao comprar nessa loja, pois ao concluir o pagamento do produto você deixa de ser um cliente e é tratado como lixo.
Nunca mais compro e nunca recomendarei a ninguém!
I bought an eyeglass at this store, the seller Demesson treated me well until the purchase was made, right after the payment in cash and in kind, the problems started and the eyeglass lenses came cut wrong and with flaws, I waited about 1 week to resolve.
Right after changing the lenses (correction), in less than 1 year the glasses made of Acetate material broke at the bottom due to the pressure that the lens barely cut was breaking the frame.
When I got in contact with the seller Demesson I was very poorly attended, he was harsh, arrogant and even ballista.
Be very careful when shopping at this store, because when you finish paying for the product, you are no longer a customer and are treated like garbage.
I'll never buy again and never recommend to anyone!
