★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa teve vários problemas com essa ótica, primeiro fizeram o óculos sem fazer marcação e é claro o óculos ficou ruim, ela reclamou, mandaram um pessoa até nossa casa para fazer uma nova marcação , mas a pessoa não levou nenhum tipo de caneta para marca, fez a marcação só olhando, disse que tinha experiência. O novo óculos não ficou bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma armação que com a lente saiu $1,000.00 lente Kodak. Pouco tempo depois a lente começou a sair fora da armação. Já liguei, enviei ZAP e nada deles resolverem. Passei pela loja várias vezes e sempre fechado. Falei com o responsável depois de muito tentar e o que ele me falou é que eles estavam se mudando de local e que a esposa teve bebê e ele teria que ajudar, pedi para marcar um horário e eles não me responderam mais. Só enrolação.!
