Durante esse tempo uma vendedora fazendo atendimento sem máscara .. um absurdo usando no lugar errado .. cadê a gerência que permite isso ??
Falta de empatia com o cliente.. o vírus está aí e simplesmente achando normal não usá-la..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolação total, pra entrega. Qdo vc vai a primeira vez , parece da família, combinam uma entrega já distante, que já demora e ainda não cumprem a data. Ainda entregam errado o grau...kkkk....piada neh. Minha irmã foi humilhada e sabendo do grau errado , mandaram atendente inesperiente pra tomar a bronca no lugar dos mais antigos. Não merecem nem uma estrela....mas como precisamos mostrar isso a outros clientes.... descaso...nota zeroooooo...
Full roll, for delivery. When you go for the first time, it seems like family, they arrange a delivery that is already far away, which takes a long time and still doesn't meet the date. They still deliver the grade wrong...kkkk....joke neh. My sister was humiliated and knowing the wrong degree, they sent an inexperienced attendant to take the scolding in place of the older ones. They don't even deserve a star....but as we need to show this to other customers.... neglect... zeroooooo rating...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 06/01 fui a ótica Indaia (Itaquaquecetuba centro) para comprar 2 pares de lentes para duas armações de óculos que comprei em outro local.
Conversando com a atendente ela me ofereceu:
- Os 2 pares de lentes para os óculos.
- 1 caixa de lentes de contato + lente teste de cortesia
Por R$750,00
Eu estava com meu esposo no telefone (as lentes e óculos são para ele), e ele falou que fecharia se fosse:
- Os 2 pares de lentes para os óculos.
- 2 caixa de lentes de contato + lente teste de cortesia
Por R$850,00
A atendente aceitou e fiz o pagamento no débito.
Hoje 08/01 meu pai foi retirar e entregaram a ele apenas os óculos. Entrei em contato e a moça que me atendeu disse que erraram na hora de entregar, mas que não seriam 2 lentes, apenas 1.
Ou seja, eu pagaria 100,00 a mais por nada? Se ela havia me oferecido isso por 750,00 pra que eu pagaria 850,00?
Entao, saímos no prejuízo já que pagamos uma coisa e vamos levar outra. E infelizmente eles não dão uma nota com tudo detalhado do que estamos comprando, ou seja, é simples na hora da venda falar uma coisa, e na retirada outra.
Ótica em Itaqua não falta, mas infelizmente como já era costume comprar com a Indaia, fomos direto lá. Mas foi a última vez.
On 06/01 I went to the Indaia optician (Itaquaquecetuba center) to buy 2 pairs of lenses for two frames of glasses that I bought elsewhere.
Talking to the attendant she offered me:
- The 2 pairs of lenses for the glasses.
- 1 box of contact lenses + complimentary test lens
For R$750.00
I had my husband on the phone (the lenses and glasses are for him), and he said he would close it if he went:
- The 2 pairs of lenses for the glasses.
- 2 contact lens box + complimentary test lens
For R$850.00
The attendant accepted and I made the payment on the debit.
Today 01/08 my father went to withdraw and they gave him only the glasses. I got in touch and the girl who answered me said they were wrong when delivering, but that it wouldn't be 2 lenses, just 1.
In other words, would I pay 100.00 more for nothing? If she had offered me this for 750.00 why would I pay 850.00?
So, we came out at a loss since we paid one thing and are going to take another. And unfortunately they don't give a detailed note of what we're buying, that is, it's simple to say one thing at the time of sale, and when withdrawing another.
Optics in Itaqua are not lacking, but unfortunately, as it was customary to buy from Indaia, we went straight there. But it was the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para comprar o óculos foi nota 10 fui atendida muito bem, agr hj fui buscar meu óculos achei muita falta de respeito, eu com bebê de colo ficamos exatamente 50 minutos esperando, e não consegui pegar meu óculos cheguei na loja a moça pediu pra aguardar q já ia me atender isso duas vezes e eu vi 1 chegou pessoas depois de mim e passou na minha frente , tipo dão preferência pra vendas é claro como o meu só era retirada eu q espere fiquei lá 50 minutos com minha bebê chegou uma hr q começou chorar ficou inquieta , e msm assim ninguém atendeu e a loja não estava cheia, eu simplesmente vim embora eslrdi 50 minutos e nd de atender como se eu não tivesse ali dane-se muita falta de respeito e tirando q gastei dinheiro de condução atoa pq fui lá só pra isso,conclusão vcs atendi bem só quando é vendi
Caso contrário atendimento péssimo ,tinha indicado vcs para algumas pessoas até já falei não ir aí mais Deus me livre

Otherwise, terrible service, I had recommended you to some people, I even said not to go there anymore God forbid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja para fazer um orçamento. E falei isso para a atendente. Elas não deixaram eu sair com tanta insistência para levar o óculos. Eu informando que voltaria na outra semana por so queria um orçamento. Minha experiência com essa loja e nunca mais. Elas querem vender a qualquer custo. Eu tive crise de ansiedade dentro la loja. Por não consegui ir embora. Comecei um uma vendedora no final tinha 3 rodeada a mim me forcando a levar o óculos.
