A priori é um óculos provisório, e mesmo sendo o basico na prateleira, a consultora Andreia foi super prestativa passando todas as opções com maximo de clareza e honestidade. Parabens pelo atendimento, rápidez e preço justo.

Todos foram muito solícitos comigo para me ajudar e entender minhas questões e sai satisfeita. Adquiri um par de lentes de contato e até mesmo um óculos e olha que o óculos não estava planejado.
Voltarei futuramente quando precisar fazer trocas e também vou recomendar a ótica aos meus familiares.
I was very well attended from the moment I called asking for information until the moment of service. Everyone was very helpful with me to help me and understand my questions and I left satisfied. I purchased a pair of contact lenses and even a pair of glasses and the glasses were not planned.
I will return in the future when I need to make changes and I will also recommend the optician to my family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, a começar pelo moço que fica na recepção, uma simpatia sem explicação, super atencioso (merece um aumento). O oftalmologista também muito bom e as atendentes do balcão (na hora que vamos escolher os óculos)super simpáticas e atenciosas, nos dão dicas muito boas de qual o melhor modelo e não empurram o mais caro. Enfim, um ótimo lugar.
Excellent service, starting with the guy at the reception, an unexplained friendliness, super attentive (deserves a raise). The ophthalmologist is also very good and the attendants at the counter (when we are going to choose the glasses) are super friendly and attentive, they give us very good tips on which model is the best and they don't push the most expensive one. All in all, a great place.
