★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui hoje (23/04) fazer orçamento de lentes para óculos de grau e a atendente, além de ser super mal educada, insunou que eu não teria condições de pagar. Desisti de comprar e espero nunca mais precisar voltar. Espero que vocês melhorem e capacitem melhor seus funcionários. E pelo que li nas avaliações do Google, a ótica tem fama de atrasar seus pedidos. Pensem duas, três, quatro vezes antes de confiarem a saúde de vocês neste lugar.
Terrible attendance. I went today (23/04) to make a budget for lenses for prescription glasses and the attendant, in addition to being super rude, insisted that I would not be able to pay. I gave up buying and hope I never need to go back. I hope you improve and train your employees better. And from what I read in Google reviews, optics is reputed to delay your orders. Think twice, three, four times before trusting your health in this place.
