★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão foi na ótica e foi tratado super mal. As pessoas em plena pandemia precisam no mínimo saber atender pra ter cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo as vendedoras não dão atenção aos clientes, a primeira vez que fui ate essa loja fiquei por volta de dez minutos aguardando uma delas me atender
no caso tinham duas e nem uma delas veio ate mim, então eu estava com um pouco de pressa e pensei em voltar depois no entanto quando voltei da outra vez foi a mesma coisa as duas conversando não me deram atenção então tive que chamar uma porém me atendeu com uma péssima vontande .acho que ela julga pela aparência e pensou que eu não teria condições de comprar.sendo que eu estava de farda então tenho emprego .Fui procurar outra onde fui muito bem atendida e estou com meu óculos. tem que treinar melhor essas funcionárias para melhorar esse atendimento péssimo falo em especifico dessa loja que fica dentro do formosa da augusto montenegro espero não ir e nem indico a ninguém essa ótica jesus da augusto montenegro. as funcionarias são péssimas nota 0

in case there were two and neither one of them came to me, so I was in a bit of a hurry and thought of coming back later, however when I came back the other time it was the same thing the two talking didn't pay attention to me so I had to call one but she answered with a terrible will. I think she judges by the appearance and thought that I would not be able to buy it.since I was in uniform then I have a job. I went to look for another one where I was very well attended and I have my glasses on. You have to train these employees better to improve this terrible service, I'm talking specifically about this store that is inside the beautiful one of augusto montenegro I hope not to go and I don't even point out this view of Jesus from augusto montenegro to anyone. the employees are terrible grade 0
