★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi sofrível com a vendedora sendo atenciosa mas não conhecendo o produto que estava vendendo. Outra observação é o prazo para a entrega das lentes ( mais de 20 dias). Eu que já sou cliente do Arnaldo desde 1970 e antes o atendimento sempre foi mais rápido e agora mesmo pagando adiantado estou penando em casa sem poder ler por falta do óculos. É preciso melhorar e voltar com o atendimento que sempre foi muito bom. Desse jeito fica difícil continuar cliente da loja. Obrigado pela atenção
 The service was poor with the seller being attentive but not knowing the product she was selling. Another observation is the deadline for the delivery of the lenses (more than 20 days). I have been an Arnaldo customer since 1970 and before the service was always faster and now even paying in advance I am struggling at home without being able to read for lack of glasses.
