★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pouco tempo deixei um comentario falando o quando a loja e o atendimento sao bons, porem tive que voltar aqui pra editar o comentario, porque mudei de ideia..
Ja ouviu falar que a gente so ve que o atendimento é bom quando voce tem algum problema com o produto da loja?
pois bem, uso oculos a mais de 15 anos, ja comprei oculos em varias oticas de botucatu e pela primeira vez tive problema com a lente, depois de 1 semana de uso, apareceu do nada um trincadinho DENTRO da lente, nao endenti porque, ja que nao deixei cair no chao, levei o oculos na otica e mandaram pro laboratorio..
levou quase uma semana pra voltar..
Quando fui buscar o oculos, uma atendente fui muito seca comigo e advertiu que se acontecesse de novo mesmo nao sendo culpa minha, eles nao arrumariam a lente.. tentei entender o que aconteceu e ela disse apenas que a lente trincou por causa da armaçao que comprei, que a armaçao nao deixava a lente segura... reclamei em vao sobre eles nao terem me avisado na hora da compra sobre isso.. ESTOU SUPER DECEPSIONADA, COMPREI ALGO RUIM QUE ELES PODIAM TER ME INFORMADO ANTES, AO INVEZ DISSO ME INSENTIVARAM A COMPRAR.. NO COMECO TIVE UMA OTIMA IMPRESSAO SOBRE A LOJA E O BOM ATENDIMENTO. POREM, AGORA VEJO A REALIDADE E PRETENDO NUNCA MAIS COMPRAR LA, JA QUE É COMPLICADO COMFIAR QUANDO NAO SE TEM UM BOM PRODUTO E UMA BOA EXPLICAÇAO DO QUE VOCE ESTA COMPRANDO..
AH DETALHE, COMPREI A ARMAÇAO E A LENTE LA, SEMPRE USEI MODELO DE ARMAÇAO IGUAL E NUNCA TIVE PROBLEMA, ISSO SO ME FAZ DUVIDAR MAIS DA QUALIDADE DOS PRODUTOS..
CONCLUSAO, O BOM ATENDIMENTO ANTES DA COMPRA É PRA SEGURAR VENDA, POIS PRECISEI E MESMO ARRUMANDO MINHA LENTE, SEI QUE NAO POSSO MAIS CONTAR COM ELES, TENHO UM PRODUTO QUE PODE TRINCAR A QUALQUER MOMENTO MESMO SEM MOTIVO E TENHO QUE ENGOLIR ISSO.. DINHEIRO PERDIDO..

well, glasses use for over 15 years already bought glasses in optics several of botucatu for the first time had a problem with the lens, after one week of use, appeared out of nowhere one INSIDE trincadinho lens, not endenti because ja I not dropped to the ground, took the glasses in the optical and sent to the lab ..
It took almost a week to get back ..
