Reclamei e ainda fui mal tratada fizeram pouco com a minha cara e simplesmente não trocaram o produto. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO
I bought a frame of super expensive glasses with the best lens and they simply destroyed the frame at the moment of putting the lens, the glasses were all crooked and with legs spread. I complained and I was treated badly, they did little to my face and just didn't change the product. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE

Horrible, terrible service. Poorly trained attendants, without information, crowding inside the store, it takes too long to get glasses ready. I will never buy anything from this perspective again ....

Super disorganized. I was told it would take 15 days to deliver the glasses. After 2 months it was not ready. Over the phone they asked the same questions over and over and never resolved anything. Very disorganized and unprofessional
