★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A má experiência começa com a propaganda enganosa na porta da loja, onde diz que há armações a partir de R$ 49,90 onde na verdade deveria ser armações a partir de R$ 99,99, pois eles não vendem armações que custem menos que isso.
O atendimento é ótimo, com muita simpatia e labial essencial de bons vendedores.
Em Julho/2020 fiz meu primeiro óculos com garantia de 6 meses, quando meu óculos completou 10 meses de uso a armação trincou do lado direito, sem qualquer indicação de mal uso.
Me diriji a ótica relatando o problema e me indiciaram fazer uma nova armação reaproveitando a lente e assim o fiz em 05/2021.
E novamente com 10 meses (03/2022) de uso e sem qualquer sinal de má utilização a armação trincou exatamente no mesmo lugar de antes.
Me diriji novamente a loja, onde meu óculos foi encaminhado para avaliação e os “excelentes vendedores simpáticos” informaram que eu precisava fazer um novo óculos (lente e armação), inclusive no próprio local é oferecido exame de vista.
Ou seja, vendem produtos de má qualidade para que quebrem logo após o prazo de garantia e assim possam fidelizar clientes através de vendas casadas, agindo de má fé com o consumidor.
Não indico para ninguém esse desserviço, pois utilizo óculos há 12 anos e nunca tive problema com óticas de renome.
 The bad experience starts with the false advertising at the door of the store, where it says that there are frames from R$49.90 when in fact there should be frames from R$99.99, as they do not sell frames that cost less than this.
The service is great, with a lot of friendliness and essential lip service from good sellers.
In July / 2020 I made my first glasses with a 6 month warranty, when my glasses completed 10 months of use the frame cracked on the right side, without any indication of misuse.
I went to the optician reporting the problem and they told me to make a new frame reusing the lens and I did so on 05/2021.
And again after 10 months (03/2022) of use and without any sign of misuse, the frame cracked in exactly the same place as before.
I went back to the store, where my glasses were sent for evaluation and the “excellent friendly salespeople” informed me that I needed to get new glasses (lens and frames), including an eye exam.
In other words, they sell poor quality products so that they break soon after the warranty period and so they can retain customers through tied sales, acting in bad faith with the consumer.
I do not recommend this service to anyone, as I have been using glasses for 12 years and have never had a problem with reputed opticians.
