Ao longo desse tempo temos presenciado o quanto assistimos aos nossos clientes de forma satisfatória.
O Senhor Rivaldo Batista fez um pedido de seus óculos de grau em nossa loja filial de Caicó, ao ir retirar seu pedido, o produto deixou de ser entregue pelo mesmo não efetuar o pagamento no momento da retirada, o que gerou uma incompreensão por parte do cliente.
Reforçamos nosso cuidado e apreço a total satisfação dos nossos clientes, procurando manter uma relação de respeito, confiança e excelência na comercialização de nossos produtos e serviços.

Mr. Rivaldo Batista placed an order for his prescription glasses at our branch store in Caicó, when he went to pick up his order, the product was not delivered because he did not pay at the time of withdrawal, which generated a misunderstanding on the part of the client.
