Fiz o exame e optei pela lente que nunca chegou desistir da lente e pedir o óculos porque segundo a funcionária a lente vem dos Estados Unidos por isso demora tanto mas, o óculos também não chegou no prazo , eu estudo preciso do óculos o que faço? Quero meu dinheiro de volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta do dia 16 de Junho, fui até a ótica para fazer meu óculos e no momento de fechamento da compra fui informada que o meu grau teria pronta entrega em até 1 hora, porém estava sem cartão de crédito, então informei a atendente que deixaria um sinal e buscaria na segunda feira, para fechar negócio ela disse que tudo bem, porém na segunda antes de sair de casa liguei para a loja e fui informada que já estava pronto, porém ao chegar lá, fiquei esperando e depois de um tempo a atendente chega e me fala que teria que buscar somente no dia 24. Complicado ne, então não fala que é pronta entrega. Insatisfeita!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está aí um lugar onde nunca mais compro,e nem recomendo,pelo contrário todos que me falam em fazer óculo já aviso na hora, não vá na ótica Rubi.
Uso óculo desde meus 26 anos e nunca tive um óculos tão ruim como o que fiz lá,reclamei várias vezes,trocaram a armação já 3 vezes e nada, um óculo bifocal não era para eu tirar pra nd,no entanto se vou ver tevê tenho que tirar,se vou mexer no notebook tenho que tirar,desisti de reclamar,vou terminar de pagar e fazer outro em outra ótica,pois este que fiz na Rubi foi jogar dinheiro fora,nunca mais ,tenho certeza que o eixo dele está errado.pior e que até eu terminar de pagar minhas botas estariam bem pior.
