★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha família e eu fomos clientes nesta ótica por anos. Somos um total de 7 pessoas, todas usando óculos ( e caros, devido ao tipo de lentes). No início era um bom custo/benefício. Mas com passar do tempo foi piorando muito: mau atendimento, pouquíssimas opções de armação, preços mais altos, falta de assistência... E assim, buscamos outro estabelecimento.
My family and I have been clients in this perspective for years. We are a total of 7 people, all wearing glasses (and expensive, due to the type of lenses). In the beginning it was a good cost / benefit. But as time went on it got worse: poor service, very few options for frames, higher prices, lack of assistance ... And so, we looked for another establishment.
