★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nenhum respeito com o cliente, não demonstra nenhum interesse em atender o cliente. Liguei solicitando um orçamento via telefone e a atendente falou não era possível era pra eu mandar whatsapp. Eu entendo que é uma boa ferramenta de comunicação o whats app, mas estamos falando de não utilizar uma linha direta com o cliente que no caso seria o telefone por pura preguiça e achando que whatsapp é algo comercial a ponto de substituir este contato. É em nenhum momento justificou o motivo ou demonstrou interesse em me atender. Acredito que já pode fechar a loja, tendo em vista não precisar dos clientes para manter a loja.
Bad service, no respect for the customer, shows no interest in serving the customer. I called asking for a quote via phone and the attendant said it was not possible for me to send whatsapp. I understand that whats app is a good communication tool, but we are talking about not using a direct line with the customer, which in this case would be the phone out of sheer laziness and thinking that whatsapp is something commercial to the point of replacing this contact. It is in no time justified the reason or showed interest in attending me. I believe that you can now close the store, in view of not needing customers to maintain the store.

Fiz um óculos de proteção que ficou ruim demais, armação de má qualidade que quebrava no rosto sem tocar, parecia até podre.
Paguei 100 reais na armação, dps pesquisei na internet e vi da mesma por 39,90.
Pesquisem antes de comprar.
