★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o que aconteceu comigo! Atendido pelo proprietário da ótica Sá fui destratado. Encomendei um par de lentes de contato , paguei a vista ,com grau positivo e recebi negativo depois de longos 4 meses fui obrigado a mandar r$ 80,00 para que meu produto fosse enviado . Ao pedir o código de rastreio da fui destratado com as seguintes palavras; "vc nunca mais pede lentes para mim ", me senti um lixo . Por ser obrigado a me submeter aos tratos do proprietário da loja. Se fosse funcionário eu relevaria mas o próprio dono fez isso faria o desprezo quando eu ligava, fingindo defeito no telefone. Quando pedi outra pessoa pra ligar o telefone estava bom !! Provei que o defeito era falso
Sorry what happened to me! Attended by the owner of the optician Sá, I was mistreated. I ordered a pair of contact lenses, paid cash, with positive grade and received negative after long 4 months I was forced to send r$ 80.00 for my product to be shipped. When asking for the tracking code I was treated with the following words; "you never ask me for lenses again", I felt like garbage. For being forced to submit to the store owner's treatment. If I were an employee, I would dismiss it, but the owner himself did that, he would sneer when I called, pretending to be a defect on the phone. When I asked someone else to call the phone it was fine!! I proved the defect to be false
