★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui solicitar a execução da garantia de uma armação que comprei e fui extremamente mal atendido! Fui tratado de uma maneira desrespeitosa onde a responsável pela loja colocou a culpa da baixíssima qualidade de seus produtos em meu suor! Inclusive por conta do meu suor ela revogou a garantia de 6 meses que ela me deu no produto! Isso é contra a lei! Se eu tiver o mesmo problema dnv eu volto lá e aciono órgãos de defesa do consumidor!
I went to request the execution of the guarantee of a frame that I bought and I was extremely poorly attended! I was treated in a disrespectful way where the store manager blamed the very low quality of her products on my sweat! Even because of my sweat she revoked the 6 month warranty she gave me on the product! This is against the law! If I have the same dnv problem I go back there and call on consumer protection agencies!
