★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom, no entanto, já tem quase um mês que comprei um óculos, que foi pago no mesmo dia, e até agora não recebi. Todo dia que pergunto me dão um prazo diferente e dizem "tal dia sem falta" e sigo levando calote. NÃO RECOMENDO! Essa propaganda de entrega rápida é a maior mentira! Sequer sei se vou receber mesmo esse óculos. Já até denunciei essa ótica.
The service was good, however, it's been almost a month since I bought a pair of glasses, which I paid for on the same day, and so far I haven't received them. Every day that I ask, they give me a different deadline and say "such a day without fail" and I continue to default. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This fast delivery advertisement is the biggest lie! I don't even know if I'll get these glasses. I have already denounced this optics.
