★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ok, porém não conseguiram fazer um óculos minimamente descente para minha armação escolhida, me obrigaram a TROCAR de armação e não retornaram a diferença. Me devolveram um "Vale" no valor da diferença, como se eu fosse voltar lá depois de não conseguirem fazer um óculos bom depois de 3 tentativas. Mesmo o óculos que me deram no final ainda não é tem uma lente boa como meu óculos antigo (Feito na óticas carol).
Service ok, but they couldn't make a minimally decent glasses for my chosen frame, they forced me to CHANGE the frame and they didn't return the difference. They gave me back a "Value" in the amount of the difference, as if I was going to go back there after failing to make a good pair of glasses after 3 attempts. Even the glasses they gave me at the end still don't have a good lens like my old glasses (Made at carol optics).
