Contudo, a receptividade no pós-venda apresenta falhas consideráveis, desde colocações ríspidas quando relatado o ocorrido pelas clientes, passando por serviços sem explanações detalhadas e agregadoras do que está sendo feito.
The optics are centered in a great location, have a good range of frames (prescription glasses and sunglasses). However, after-sales responsiveness has considerable flaws, from harsh placements when reported to customers, to services without detailed and aggregating explanations of what is being done.
