★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Eu havia sido informada que eles faziam um serviço de leitura de lentes e eu precisa disso porque tinha perdido minha receita. Liguei hoje (13/11/18) pela manhã para saber se o serviço estava funcionando. A pessoa confirmou que sim. Saí do outro lado da cidade só para isso. Ao chegar lá, fui informada que o aparelho — o lensômetro — está em manutenção. Sem pedidos de desculpas, sem explicação sobre o fato de eu ter ligado antes e ter sido mal informada. Falta profissionalismo e interesse. Devem ter clientes de sobra.

 Bad experience. I had been told that they did a lens reading service and I need this because I had lost my prescription. I called today (11/13/18) in the morning to find out if the service was working. The person confirmed yes. I left the other side of the city just for that. When I got there, I was informed that the device - the lensometer - is undergoing maintenance. No apologies, no explanation about the fact that I called earlier and was misinformed. Lack of professionalism and interest. They must have plenty of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso óculos desde criança e foi a pior experiência que tive, a vendedora garantiu que ia receber óculos novos e foi o mesmo que sei lá quantas pessoas experimentaram já vindo com arranhões na armação e até na lente já veio com um arranhão. E a armação nem foi barata, pra melhorar a situação.
I have been wearing glasses since I was a child and it was the worst experience I had, the seller guaranteed that I would receive new glasses and it was the same as I know how many people tried it already with scratches on the frame and even on the lens it came with a scratch. And the frame wasn't even cheap, to improve the situation.

Fiz meu óculos de grau lá e o combinado foi de ser entregue no dia seguinte. Só foi entregue 3 dias depois de eu ligar muito, já que ninguém me contactou hora nenhuma. As lentes do óculos vieram completamente sujas de cola super Bonder e eu mesma tive que limpar pois só fui abrir a caixa em casa, pois quando cheguei na loja para estacionar (eu estava na fila) o manobrista contratado por eles deu minha vaga para uma pessoa que chegou depois de mim. Para completar o vendedor disse que me enviaria a nota fiscal pelo WhatsApp e tive que lembrar a ele 3 vezes para me fazer isso. Atendimento PÉSSIMO
Bad experience, do not recommend!
I made my prescription glasses there and the arrangement was to be delivered the next day. It was only delivered 3 days after I called a lot, since no one contacted me at any time. The lenses of the glasses came completely soiled with super Bonder glue and I had to clean it myself because I just went to open the box at home, because when I arrived at the store to park (I was in line) the valet they hired gave my space to one person that came after me. To complete the seller said he would send me the invoice via WhatsApp and I had to remind him 3 times to do this. Lousy Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com o vendedor. Ninguém ligou para informar se o óculos estava pronto. Eu que tive que ligar para obter alguma informação. E mais, o vendedor no dia que estive na ótica no Shopping da Bahia, não mim deu nenhum atendimento. Uma outra vendedora que mim entregou o óculos. E outra insatisfação: não fizeram nenhum ajuste nos óculos, os mesmos não ficavam no rosto de tão folgados. E estive pela segunda vez para tentar resolver e outra frustração.
Bad experience with the seller. No one called to tell if the glasses were ready. I had to call to get some information. Furthermore, the seller on the day I was at the optician at Shopping da Bahia, did not give me any assistance. Another saleswoman gave me the glasses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 21/06/2021, comprei os meus óculos na empresa A Fábrica Óticas High Tech, no Shopping da Bahia, OS: 215243, o atendimento da vendedora foi até bom, porém, o combinado era para entregar no dia 05/07/2021, não foi entregue na data agendada. por esse motivo, vai ganhar uma estrela. Pela falta de respeito com os clientes.

O óculos (meu e do meu filho) estava previsto entregar na sexta-feira, mas entraram em contato e consegui pegar hoje, quarta-feira. A priori, estou satisfeita. Avaliarei a lente e o óculos nos próximos dias. Obrigada!
I was poorly attended the first time, but I came back because of the model of the glasses and I was very well attended. The glasses (mine and my son's) were supposed to be delivered on Friday, but they got in touch and I managed to get it today, Wednesday. First of all, I'm satisfied. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários muitos atenciosos, porém que não explicam direito quais os tipos de lentes multifocais na hora da escolha. Desse modo comprei lentes intermediárias (mais barato) que não atenderam minhas necessidades e depois tive de comprar óculos para leitura. Após 2 meses de uso as lentes já tem riscos, embora eu use e limpe com cuidado. Primeira e última compra!.
Very attentive staff, but they don't really explain what types of multifocal lenses are when choosing. So I bought intermediate lenses (cheaper) that didn't meet my needs and then I had to buy reading glasses. After 2 months of use the lenses already have scratches, although I use and clean them carefully. First and last purchase!.
