Voltei a loja, solicitei a substituição do estojo quebrado e, numa total falta de atenção ao cliente, disseram que não tinha, nem há previsão. Imagine se fosse algo mais complexo. Nessa loja, nunca mais. Não recomendo.
It leaves a lot to be desired in after-sales service. They gave me a broken glasses case. I went back to the store, requested the replacement of the broken case and, in a total lack of attention to the customer, they said they didn't have it, nor is there a forecast. Imagine if it were something more complex. In this store, never again. I do not recommend.
