★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa muito a desejar, levei meu óculos para consertar e colocar o parafuso, a moça foi tentar arrumar e acabou quebrando mais e ja não tinha como dar um jeito, disseram que ainda estava na garantia e que eu poderia pegar outra armação, como não tinha uma armação que coubesse a lente, pediram pra eu voltar dps, voltei e disseram q não tinha armação e que não estava na garantia e não podia fazer mais nada a não ser dar desconto numa nova armação. Se não estava na garantia pq falaram q estava? Fui lá atoa. Nunca mais volto nessa ótica, o preço é absurdo por armações que não valem nem 80 reias. (Ps: não tenho nada pra falar sobre a profissional que faz o exame, sempre tratou todos super bem.)
 The service leaves a lot to be desired, I took my glasses to be repaired and put the screw in, the girl went to try to fix it and it ended up breaking more and there was no way to fix it, they said it was still under warranty and that I could get another frame, like I didn't have a frame that would fit the lens, they asked me to come back dps, I came back and they said they didn't have a frame and that it wasn't under warranty and I couldn't do anything else except give a discount on a new frame. If it wasn't under warranty why did they say it was? I just went there. I will never go back to this optics, the price is absurd for frames that are not even worth 80 reais. (Ps: I have nothing to say about the professional who takes the exam, she always treated everyone very well.)
