★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma caixa de lentes de contato biofinity, o prazo de entrega era no dia seguinte. 10 min depois da compra a senhora ligou falando que não tinha mais o modelo encomendado e que eu poderia pegar a biomedic. Eu perguntei sobre a diferença dos produtos e ela me disse que era tudo igual inclusive o valor, pesquisando em qualquer lugar você vê que esse produto é bem inferior e mais barato. No fim das contas ela disse que o produto pelo qual paguei só poderia ser recebido entre 30 e 60 dias, sendo que eu informei que era de urgência e tentou me dar um produto inferior ao que eu paguei e que estava na nota fiscal.
 I bought a box of biofinity contact lenses, the delivery time was next day. 10 minutes after the purchase, the lady called saying that she no longer had the model ordered and that I could get the biomedic. I asked about the difference in the products and she told me that everything was the same, including the value, searching anywhere you can see that this product is much inferior and cheaper. In the end, she said that the product I paid for could only be received between 30 and 60 days, and I informed her that it was urgent and tried to give me a product that was less than what I paid for and that was on the invoice.
