Porém, na loja do shopping metrópole tive uma péssima experiência, no domingo, dia 14/03/21, quando estive neste local, e percebi que dois atendentes, visivelmente despreparados, me trataram com indiferença e com atitudes racistas. Sai do local indignada.
 I have been a customer for many years and have always liked and praised the service provided by Oticas Carol. However, in the store of the shopping metropolis I had a bad experience, on Sunday, March 14, 21, when I was in this place, and I realized that two attendants, clearly unprepared, treated me with indifference and with racist attitudes. He leaves the place outraged.
