★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a maioria das óticas, não existe nenhum diferencial no atendimento, também não há um processo de qualidade que verifique se as lentes de grau estão ou não dentro do padrão, essa tarefa fica por conta do cliente que tem que retornar várias vezes ao estabelecimento para buscar solução para alguns problemas que poderiam ser detectados pelo controle de qualidade.
Like most optics, there is no difference in service, nor is there a quality process that checks whether or not the prescription lenses are in standard, this is up to the customer who has to return to the establishment several times to seek solution to some problems that could be detected by QA.

Tive um problema com um parafuso dos meus óculos, e que, após análise, não foi possível o conserto ! Depois de uma semana, meus óculos foram substituídos por novos ! Essas são atitudes que a gente espera ! Parabéns pela seriedade e pelo comprometimento da empresa com o consumidor !
I leave here my compliment to Óticas Carol, specifically the top floor of Shopping São Caetano! I had a problem with a screw in my glasses, and after review, it was not possible to fix it! After a week, my glasses were replaced with new ones! These are the attitudes we expect! Congratulations for the seriousness and commitment of the company to the consumer!

Me atenderam super bem, mesmo com o shopping faltando minutos pra fechar... me deixaram super a vontade na escolha, me indicaram várias armações diferentes e ainda por cima, se desdobraram pra me ajudar no pagamento, de acordo com as minhas possibilidades.
Super recomendo, principalmente porque dão ótimas garantias, atendem via whatsapp se necessário, dentre outras milhares de coisas...

The girls are all super thoughtful. I was attended by Kelly and Keila (unless mistaken lol). They assisted me very well, even with the mall missing minutes to close... they left me very comfortable in choosing, they showed me several different frames and, on top of that, they did their best to help me pay, according to my possibilities.
I highly recommend it, mainly because they give great guarantees, they serve via whatsapp if necessary, among thousands of other things...

Todas as atendentes são muito delicadas .É muito bom ser atendida por pessoas que têm empatia com os idosos.
