★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um óculos nessa loja, me foi passado uma data para a entrega, a mesma não foi cumprida. A vendedora me disse na hora da compra que me ligaria avisando sobre a chegada do mesmo e nunca ligou. Liguei diversas vezes para o número da loja (2143-0785) para saber e eles simplesmente não atendem o telefone. Liguei pra outra óticas Carol na mesma rua ( que provavelmente pertence ao mesmo dono) e fui informado que o telefone estava ruim, a atendente teve que ir a outra loja perguntar sobre o meu óculos e descobriu-se que já estava lá, sendo que não fui informado. A mesma informou que a loja funcionava até as 19 horas, eu moro em Botafogo e tive que me deslocar no dia 06/08/21 a Madureira, (notem gasto de passagem e metrô) . Cheguei na loja as 18:05 e estava fechada. Fui na outra loja e o "gerente" me disse que eu teria que voltar outro dia pq a loja foi fechada, e eu morrendo de dor de cabeça por não ter o bendito óculos. Ou seja, fiquei no prejuízo e de brinde um tremendo desrespeito com o cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém comprar nessa loja. Sendo que no Google da loja está escrito que a loja FECHA as 18:30.
 I purchased a pair of glasses at this store, I was given a date for delivery, which was not met. The seller told me at the time of purchase that she would call me informing me of the arrival of the item and she never called. I called the store number (2143-0785) several times to find out and they just don't answer the phone. I called another Carol optician on the same street (which probably belongs to the same owner) and was informed that the phone was bad, the attendant had to go to another store to ask about my glasses and it turned out that it was already there, but not I was informed. She informed that the store was open until 7:00 pm, I live in Botafogo and I had to go to Madureira on 08/06/21, (note ticket and subway expenses) . I arrived at the store at 6:05 pm and it was closed. I went to the other store and the "manager" told me that I would have to come back another day because the store was closed, and I was dying of headaches for not having the blessed glasses. That is, I was at a loss and a tremendous disrespect to the customer as a gift. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this store. Since the store's Google says that the store CLOSES at 18:30.
