Sempre ,suas atendentes, dizem ligar qdo o óculos estiver pronto.Mas, mais uma vez, eles ficaram prontos e ninguém nos ligou.Será que são mal orientadas ou é para mentirem mesmo?????? A primeira vez foi com meu marido, depois comigo e agora meu óculos e de minha mãe. Ninguém liga e depois de 8 a 10 dias que vc liga,vc só escuta:::SEUS ÓCULOS JÁ ESTÃO PRONTOS.. Será que como clientes não merecemos o mínimo de respeito?????? Que eu saiba, a Óticas Carol são bem conhecidas. Agora, essa de Itatiba está uma negação qto a atendimento. Será q não seria hora de orientar suas atendentes melhor?????? Se minha mãe fosse uma criança, até relevaria, mas uma senhora de 90 anos, no mínimo mereceria um atendimento melhor. No aguardo de resposta.Elvira.
 Good Morning! This is not the first time I make my glasses with you and always the same thing. Always, their attendants say call when the glasses are ready.But, once again, they were ready and no one called us. Are they misguided or is it to lie anyway ?????? The first time was with my husband, then with me and now my glasses and my mother's. Nobody calls and after 8 to 10 days you call, you just listen ::: YOUR GLASSES ARE READY .. As customers we do not deserve the least respect ?????? To my knowledge, the Carol Optics are well known. Now, this one from Itatiba is a denial of service. Wouldn't it be time to guide your attendants better ?????? If my mother were a child, it would even be relevant, but a 90-year-old lady would at least deserve better care. Awaiting response.
