Don't have the zero star option? They don't meet the delivery deadline (10 days to deliver my prescription glasses). It was the first and last time I bought this optic. I don't even recommend it to enemies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, por volta das 17h, fui a algumas óticas em Santana. Encontrei o produto que precisava e vendedores dispostos a vender, afinal eu queria comprar.
Me surpreendi com a postura das profissionais da ÓTICAS CAROL. Me apresentaram as lentes de contato que buscava para meu filho, mas não se limitaram a isto, explicaram a dificuldade de adaptação e de colocação, inclusive disponibilizando uma lente para ele tentar colocar e ensinando a ele a melhor forma de conseguir.
Por fim nos deram 1 par para que ele testasse em casa, antes de comprar para ver se iria se adaptar.
Meus parabéns pelo belíssimo atendimente e honestidade. Não se limitaram a vender, mas, sim, demonstraram enorme profissionalismo e respeito com o consumidor, que certamente "voltarei" para fechar negócio com vocês, como já fiz em outra oportunidade.
Continuem assim que o sucesso é garantido.

Today, around 5 pm, I went to some opticians in Santana. I found the product I needed and sellers willing to sell, after all I wanted to buy.
I was surprised by the attitude of the professionals at ÓTICAS CAROL. They introduced me to the contact lenses I was looking for for my son, but they were not limited to that, they explained the difficulty of adaptation and placement, including providing a lens for him to try and teaching him the best way to get it.
Finally, they gave us 1 pair for him to test at home, before buying to see if he would adapt.
My congratulations for the wonderful service and honesty. They didn't just sell, but they showed enormous professionalism and respect for the consumer, who will certainly "come back" to close business with you, as I've done on another occasion.
Keep it up, success is guaranteed.
To those looking for excellent service, honesty and product quality, stop wandering from opticians to opticians and go to the right place.
